Our Team

  • Scott SaundersProfessional Real Estate Agent

I am a seven year real estate industry veteran and have represented a large number of investors in a wide array of real estate transactions. I have built a solid foundation of clients through my advisory services with their real estate acquisitions and asset dispositions. I specialize in applying my expertise and market knowledge to representing personal, recreational, commercial and investment transactions that consistently exceed the investment goals of my clients. I believe in integrity, honesty, and hard work. Protecting my clients' interests is my number one priority. Communication is a high priority for me in every detail of the transaction, from the first phone call all the way to close. My goal is to bring peace of mind to buyers and sellers alike so they may experience a pleasant life transition through their real estate transaction.

In addition to being an active member of the community, I have spent most of my life on ranches and have owned several companies of my own including a local construction company and an outfitting service for nine years. I was born and raised in the Utopia area and am very knowledgeable of the network of this small community. I have visited most of the properties in the area and am fully confident in my knowledge of the geographic layout of the land. My ancestors settled this area, formerly named Waresville, in 1852. The first cabin built in Utopia still stands on my family property just South of Utopia. I pride myself on being part of a founding family and strive to uphold the values they set in place so long ago.

    Chris Ramsey210-288-4805 lcexotic@swtexas.net

I was born in 1958 in Baytown, Texas and grew up in Houston. After receiving a degree in Wildlife Science from Sam Houston State University in 1981, I started a private hunting resort on our family ranch in Utopia. After helping friends and contacts find ranches to purchase, I decided to get involved in the real estate business in 2003. Since that time I have become a Broker and still enjoy the satisfaction of finding the "perfect ranch" for clients.

I joined forces with Killough Properties in 2017 and am excited to bring my knowledge of wildlife, hunting and land to the company. I am looking forward to working with clients to find their "perfect" get away, ranch or investment.

  • Suzy SimsRealtor

Helping people buy and sell real estate in this beautiful Hill Country has been a family business for over 45 years. Learning so much from my broker/investor parents has given me a deep appreciation for our area and this industry. The main focus of my career has been helping people buy or sell small acreage and homes. Whether you have a dream of living in the Hill Country, a place to unplug and sit in the river, or invest, I can help you find it. My goal is to help my clients through the process with humor and sensitivity. I am certified for VA as well as Texas Veterans Land Board loans.

My husband and I also rescue dogs in our area. Some of these dogs are then trained to be Service Dogs for US Veterans. We volunteer our time and efforts through the non-profit Shepherds for Lost Sheep. This important work has deepened my understanding of helping Veterans find the ideal home. My husband Bill is also a volunteer EMT and firefighter serving our community. We believe in investing our time, talents, and resources in our community. We believe in the many wonderful volunteers who make this such a great place to live!

I look forward to helping my clients find their own slice of paradise in the Hill Country.
