Sabinal River Ranch

Won’t Last Long!! The Sabinal River Ranch features over 800′ of the Sabinal River with two of the best permanent deep water holes on this part of the river that to my knowledge have never gone dry. The ranch also has almost 1/2 mile of frontage on Ranch Road 187 providing potential for recreation, agriculture, or development. There is city water to the house, and also one water well.
